ReadMemo stores the following data locally in your browser using Chrome's built-in storage API (chrome.storage.local):
— URLs and page titles you choose to save to your reading list
— Your notepad text
— Your preferences (theme, sort order)
This data never leaves your device and is never sent to any server.
ReadMemo uses Google's favicon service (google.com/s2/favicons) to display website icons. This is a standard public API and no personal data is sent.
The support button (♡) links to Ko-fi (ko-fi.com/akiume555), a third-party donation platform. Visiting Ko-fi is entirely optional and subject to Ko-fi's own privacy policy.
ReadMemo requests the following Chrome permissions:
— storage: to save your reading list and notes locally
— tabs: to read the URL and title of the current tab when you press +
— activeTab: to access the active tab only when you interact with the extension
ReadMemo does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children under 13.
